Pet portraits make lovely gifts. All we need is a picture of the pet and a name, then leave it with us!
We provide either a digital file or a mounted and framed print.
Overall frame sizes: A4: 262 x 349 mm / A3: 349 x 472 mm

SENDING A PICTURE:
* Please send pictures to jcooper.designs@gmail.com
* Once we receive a picture of the pet, we can start drawing.
* We draw directly from the image provided so make sure you have the angle you'd like. Please have a look through the examples above.
* We need original shots (not screenshots) as otherwise we cannot see the details. Any questions then let us know.
PACKAGING
* You may notice that items arrive in packaging for other brands. This is because we always try to recycle packaging where we can. If your item arrives with bubble wrap, please recycle appropriately.
DELIVERY AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
* Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD.
* International orders are usually sent via UPS. Any taxes and duties will need to be paid for by the recipient on receiving the parcel. Parcel costs vary depending on size and destination so we will create a bespoke shipping quote for you. Please email us if you’d like more information.
PRODUCT CARE
* Keep your framed print out of direct sunlight. The sun will fade the colours in time.
* The framed print should not be kept anywhere that is damp.
RETURNS
* We hope that you are really happy with your print, but if for some reason you are not, then please let us know.
* If the item arrives damaged then please get in touch. We will ask you to email us some photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in. We can then arrange a replacement.
* If the order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement.
* We are unable to make any changes once you have approved the artwork.
* We are unable to accept returns on bespoke orders.
CANCELLATIONS: If we haven't already started drawing then we're happy to process a refund. However, once we start drawing, we will be unable to cancel the order.
