The Tradesman's Arms
The 14th Century Tradesman's Arms in Stokenham, Devon was devastated by fire, destroying much of this historic building. Following a careful and sympathetic restoration that honoured its medieval character, the restoration team commissioned Jennifer Cooper to create an illustration marking the occasion, capturing the pub as it stands today, beautifully restored and renewed.

Kingsbridge Community Primary School
Kingsbridge Primary School wanted an illustration that would help connect the school with the wider community. Jennifer chose to draw the school's beautiful playing field with the estuary stretching out behind it, grounding the school in the landscape it calls home and celebrating its place at the heart of the town. Individual classroom name panels were also created, each featuring a silhouette of the tree the class was named after set against the same estuary backdrop.

Kingshill Farm and Elmley Nature Reserve
Kingshill Farm on Elmley Nature Reserve in Kent is one of the most romantic and peaceful wedding venues in the country. Nestled on the Isle of Sheppey, this extraordinary nature reserve has been lovingly maintained to let the natural world flourish. Jennifer was commissioned to capture the spirit of this special place. The flowers featured in the foreground of the illustration were chosen to reflect those in the bride's bouquet, adding a personal touch to this bespoke piece.

Salcombe Dinghy Sailing
Salcombe Dinghy Sailing is a wonderful company run by Ross and Zoe, two people with a genuine passion for sailing and for teaching. Based in the beautiful estuary town of Salcombe, Devon, they are dedicated to getting people of all ages out on the water and experiencing the magic of sailing. Jennifer was commissioned to create an illustration that captures the spirit of this sport.

Kingsbridge in Bloom
Kingsbridge in Bloom is a much-loved volunteer group dedicated to bringing colour and beauty to the streets of Kingsbridge, Devon. Highly acclaimed in the horticultural community, they have won multiple Gold awards in the RHS South West in Bloom competitions. Jennifer was delighted to support this wonderful local charity by donating artwork for fundraising use.

Toad Hall Cottages
Toad Hall Cottages is a well-established holiday letting company with a portfolio of beautiful properties in and around Kingsbridge and Salcombe, Devon. Jennifer was commissioned to create an illustration for the company, capturing the charm and character of this much-loved corner of the South Devon coast.

Penarth Eye Care
Penarth Eye Centre approached Jennifer to create artwork for two privacy screens on the arcade-facing windows of their practice in Penarth, Wales. Rather than a purely functional solution, the screens were designed to be a visual feature in their own right, combining privacy with a touch of local character. The result is a pair of decorative illustrations that enhance the building's presence within the arcade while creating a welcoming and distinctive frontage for the practice.

South Hams Natural Burial Ground
South Hams Natural Burial Ground in Aveton Gifford offers a peaceful and environmentally sensitive alternative to traditional burial, set within the beautiful Devon countryside. Jennifer was commissioned to create an illustration for the organisation to use across their advertising and stationery, reflecting the sensitive quiet beauty of this calm and natural place.

Llanddwyn Island, Penllyn
A deeply personal commission, this piece was gifted by a husband to his wife as a celebration of the view they share from their home in Wales. Jennifer was asked to capture the landscape as they see it every day, creating a lasting and meaningful artwork of a place close to their hearts.

Beach Cottage
Another heartfelt gift from a husband to his wife, this commission captures the couple's beloved holiday home by the sea. Jennifer was asked to draw the place where happy holiday memories are made, creating a personal piece of art that brings a little of their happy place home.

Beach House
Beach House in East Portlemouth sits across the water from Salcombe, enjoying one of the most enviable positions on the South Devon coast. Following a significant rebuild of the property, the building contractors commissioned Jennifer to create an illustration as a gift for their client, marking the completion of the project and celebrating the beautiful result of their work together.

Lower Grimpstonleigh
Lower Grimpstonleigh, nestled in a beautiful valley near Kingsbridge in Devon, has been a much-loved holiday destination enjoyed by many over the years. This commission was a gift from a daughter to her mum and step dad, who ran the venue together. Jennifer was asked to capture the charm of this special and beautiful place.

Salcombe Meat Co.
Woody's was a much-loved venture run by Salcombe Meat Co, offering locally produced meat in a relaxed setting in the heart of Kingsbridge. Jennifer was commissioned to create an illustration for the restaurant, celebrating its connection to the local food community. Although Woody's has since closed its doors, Salcombe Meat Co continues to thrive, supplying quality local produce to the area and beyond.

Westcounty Deli
Westcountry Deli is a charming independent deli and café based in Brixham, Devon, celebrating the very best of West Country food and produce. Jennifer was commissioned to create an illustration for them, depicting that most beloved of Devon traditions — the cream tea. And in true Devon style, the illustration settles the great debate once and for all... cream first, jam on top.

SouthWest15 is a much-loved gift shop in the heart of Kingsbridge, Devon. This commission was a gift from husband to husband, created to celebrate their time running this special gift shop.

Amelia's Attic
Amelia's Attic was the go-to shop in Salcombe, a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike. Jennifer was commissioned to create an illustration for their outdoor advertising board and promotional material, capturing the charm and character of this beloved little shop.
